Originally from Las Vegas, New Mexico I found my passion for writing and photography at an early age.

I graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in May of 2022 receiving my BA in Journalism. From Colorado I packed my car and moved to New York City to attend Columbia Graduate School of Journalism where I received my masters in 2024.

I am a trained audio journalist, a self taught photographer and an advocate for those without a voice.

My writing has been published by The Denver North Star, The American Red Cross and The Atlanta Press Collective. Audio work can be found on Uptown Radio, Columbia’s student ran radio station and Telling True Stories in Sound, original pieces by Columbia Grad students.
